True issue came second day when we woke up to the entire hotel not having hot water. Was told it was the city's fault! I never heard of a city that sends hot water directly to any building. "Overall, my stay was not bad. I appreciated the simple breakfast that was provided, and the air conditioning worked well, which made my stay more comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and housekeeping service. The toilet paper ran out, and although I asked for assistance, the issue was not resolved promptly. "Room is dirty including a nasty used Kleenex on the floor. The room STUNK of vinegar and was dark and unkept. Rusty, stained toilets and the most uncomfortable bed of all time. Kids running up and down the halls and zero help lugging bags up to the second floor. The “free breakfast” was half cooked ham and runny scrambled eggs. "This was our first stay at a bed-and-breakfast, it turned out to be great. Our host Brad and Julie were extremely nice very friendly. A room was great. The breakfast was fantastic, far better than you’ll get in any hotel. I would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anybody that is in the Waterville area. I am sure that you will be as pleased as my wife and I were."

"My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either."

"The evening I checked in I Meg the manager and very nice and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Only down side was toilet would run occasionally and had to flip handle. Love the lemon water in entry."
