Front desk passivo, elevadores lentos e mal programados pra começo de história (se fosse só isso nem perderia meu tempo escrevendo um review, afinal era um hotel somente para dormir) Passamos por situação extremamente desagradável com o valet, o que mais surpreendeu é que no momento do check out, outro hospede também se queixou do mal atemdimento (o que leva a crer que é uma situação recorrente), principalmente a falta de educação do serviço, no clímax da situação ainda tentaram se eximir de qualquer responsabilidade, afinal o serviço é terceirizado, uma verdadeira piada de mal gosto. Se for ter a infelicidade de se hospedar neste hotel, estacione fora do hotel.

Incompatível com a quantidade de quartos

O hotel é novo e limpo. O problema é que estava muito cheio e a estrutura não comporta. Uma das camas estava sem edredom, quando ligamos pra pedir o maleiro estava fechado e não puderam fornecer nem edredom e nem cobertor (não deixam no quarto). Elevadores desciam lotados o tempo todo meia hora antes do checkout, fomos de escada mesmo com as malas. Café da manhã acabou as coisas da pista, acabou xícara, acabou talher. As vezes demoravam pra repor (tipo 15 minutos). Dá para esperar sem problema mas claramente o hotel não tem estrutura pra ficar cheio. Na entrada tinham 2 guichês pra uma fila grande, o check in demorou mais de 20 minutos (fila). Por fim na saída o valet também cheio mais 15-20 minutos esperando o carro. Não tem nada especificamente muito ruim mas como tudo demora a experiência não é legal.

escolhi Wyndham Garden pq gostaria de tomar sol na piscina, porém ao chegar no hotel a piscina estava interditada Paguei mais caro para não usar o benefício de usar a piscina, sendo assim eu poderia reservar em outros lugares que me pudessem atender minhas expectativas
