"Overall, the updated room was nice. The only odd thing about the room was that there were several smaller lights on each side of the bed as well as the table across the room. To have the room lit up you had to turn them all on at the same time. For breakfast I would suggest that the plates they use be bigger because the waffle and syrup ran over the edge of the plates."

"Good location for having to leave early morning for a volleyball tournament the next day. No complaints, as everything was as expected for this type of hotel in a smaller town. Because this is an older facility, it is difficult to keep the common areas warm & cozy when the winter outside temp is unreasonably cold. Rather than becoming disgruntled about this, I truly appreciated the staff alerting us of this upon arrival & they were very willing to please us with space heaters as needed. Would stay again if having to attend an event in Medford."

"The hotel cancelled my reservation as I was sitting in my truck in their parking lot, 38 minutes before check-in at 2pm. I will copy paste the message below. Also I have called expedite no less than five times trying to get my money refunded. And I am still trying. So DO NOT go to this hotel.
