"A great hotel in a good location. Breakfast waiter service was slow and not a 5 star service. Food was excellent. Huge swimming pool with plenty of cabannas and sunbeds . Our bathroom had a bad sewage smell which was slowly rectified. Would go back again . "

"An outstanding holiday. Stayed 4th - 9th June. Staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious and varied. Visits were good value for money - balloon ride, souks tour, palaces tour, camel safari and on site hammam massage. Hotel was spotless with plenty of sun beds and varied activities and entertainment throughout the day and evening. A very enjoyable visit and highly recommended as place to stay when visiting Marrakesh "

"We were thrilled with this property and the service was outstanding. The property was beautiful and easy to navigate. The pools and their service were prompt and friendly. Breakfast at Quattro started off the day with excellent choices. Front staff were always pleasant and ready to help with any activity options and drivers were available always. One of my daughters had a health issue and a doctor was brought in quickly to assess the issue and offer medication. Honestly we travelled from Paris...

"Building needs a refresh...beds, room decor, bathroom...just looks tired...I've been to a few Le Meridien...Mauritius and Dubai would get a proper 5 star. Marrakech needs refurb of property...sauna, jacuzzi and steam room should be available. Wifi is also weak, with today's technology, wifi should be 5G. Also be safer to have a traffic light or speed breaker at the pedestrian crossing just out of the hotel to Menara mall. The cars don't stop even if you are on the crossing. "
