"This is not a 5 star facility, the staff although very friendly, need a lot more training. There is simply not enough information. You are constantly referred to using the app but the app does not have all the information, so it is repeatedly back to the front desk for questions. One person in our group did not have power in their room for about 16 hours overnight , until staff remembered shewas supposed to get an extra card to use for electricity.
