We had a lovely stay at Johannes. Excellent and clean accommodation. Lovely pool area - always a sunbed. Lovely food available. Great location but you will need a car to get around and enjoy Rhodes. Would definitely return.

Great place to stay, a bit confusing to find the location at first as you need to drive through to the back of the driveway, and they should try to do something about the ants inside, but otherwise it seemed great, new, in good condition, and beautiful.

Herzlichkeit, Freundlichkeit & gute Laune

Wir sind noch NIE so herzlich voller guter Laune bei einer Anreise begrüßt worden. In unserem Zimmer mit Whirlpool war zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein & eine gefüllte Minibar ohne Berechnung vorzufinden. Diese kleinere familiäre Anlage wird vorbildlich geführt. Das Frühstück hat eine tolle frische Auswahl. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die Dinner Abende „Greek Dinner by Mama“ oder „Greek BBQ Night“, unglaublich lecker. Man fühlt sich vor Ort nicht wie im Hotel sondern wie zu Gast bei Freunden. Alle Mitarbeiter versprühen 24/7 gute Laune. Wir freuen uns wenn wir nochmals Urlaub auf Rhodos machen sollten wieder dort zu buchen. Lieber solch tolle Familienbetriebe buchen als große überfüllte Ketten.

Die Anlage ist sehr hübsch und sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer hatte eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, der Besitzer (Yannis) ist omnipräsent, sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich liebevoll um alle Gäste. Das Johannes eine kleine Wohlfühloase. Von hier aus sind die Strände Tsambika, Antony Quinn Bay, der nördliche Teil von Afandou Beach, Grand Blue Beach und Stegna innerhalb von 20 Atominuten erreichbar.

Wir sind zufällig auf Johannes Boutique Apartments & Studios gestoßen. Vom Flughafen sind es 20 min mit dem Auto (ein Auto mieten ist von Vorteil, eine Bushaltestelle gibt es jedoch direkt in der Nähe). Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Johannes und Matthias empfangen und fühlten uns direkt wohl. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit privatem Pool. Das Zimmer war super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer wurden fast täglich gereinigt und Handtücher wurden ausgetauscht. Der private Pool war ein super Highlight! Dieser wurde auch häufig gereinigt. Morgens gab es zum Frühstück ein kleines Buffet. Es wurde alles angeboten um gut in den Tag zu starten. Das ganze Team ist einfach wunderbar herzlich und zuvorkommend. Alle Gäste waren so begeistert und sind teilweise schon seit 20 Jahren Stammgäste. Der Moussaka Abend und das BBQ sind sehr zu empfehlen (Johannes, seine Frau und das restliche Team bieten Abends unter den Gästen ein gemeinsames Essen an, zu einem sehr fairen Preis!). Wir haben schon nach dem ersten Tag gesagt, dass wir definitiv wiederkommen. Auf jeden Fall für eine längere Zeit als die eine Woche. Nochmal herzlichen Dank! 😍
