"We had a large odd shaped room with no real view and a bathroom and toilet itself open to the room with no door. This felt very strange and unnecessary. Check-in was welcoming and we got help with our luggage and there was an extensive breakfast buffet but I wouldn't stay again because the room was just wrong."

"Beautiful, quaint little experience. Small, cozy, gardens, just perfect for the area. We booked as we got off the ferry, walked, and the host met us kindly , took our bags ton our room, and when I told him we would be leaving before breakfast in the morning he brought us sandwiches .. and drinks for our fridge so we would have food when we left. This morning the hostess was also very kind )"

"Very welcoming from the outset. The hotel is located inside the walls of the old town and you cannot drive up to the door of hotel. Parking is available outside of the old town walls. The hotel contacted me to ask when i was arriving and scheduled staff to meet me at my car in a golf cart for a short ride to the hotel with our luggage. Each morning the breakfast was light and healthy, but hearty in my opinion. Hotel staff was eager to make it right for all of us. The opportunity to stay...

"Oh my goodness what a beautiful place. We were in the middle of the old town of Rhodes Island in Greece and we had our own little grass yard and two lounge chairs and a hot tub and a beautiful apartment that had a wall that looked like it was attached to the castle or at least close to it. It was beautiful. Everything was done well, and the manager was very gracious to us even though we didn’t need him quite a bit when we got lost I would give this a five out of five and I plan to go back there...

"Be sure and don’t make the mistake we did which was booking the wine suites versus the wine hotel. We thought we were booking close in to old town at the Wine hotel and turns out we were in a completely different spot close by but different area that has security surveillance the neighborhood. staff was wonderful unhelpful but yet we weren’t where we should have been or so I thought the other issue was there was mold on the walls and we could smell paint so it seemed like they had just painted...

"Something urgent came up and we asked to move the booking to another day and we just didn’t receive any response even with so many messages and emails. Would never book it again."
