"Excellent overnight stay for early next day flight. Staff were great. Friendly and easy to talk to. Shuttle to airport was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Parked our car in hotel lot for duration of our trip for a very reasonable fee. When we returned from our trip, called for shuttle and it arrived in 5 minutes. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if needed. "

"It seems this hotel is more for the “unhoused” population. There was a man who was sitting in the front lobby in his bathrobe reading the paper and every time we saw him he was in his bathrobe walking around inside and out! Also there was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in lobby was just about room temperature. Their continental breakfast consisted of a basket of granola bars . The room was less than clean and the hall was noisy all night. I’m not sure where the positive reviews...

"Staff was friendly and helpful, general areas were clean for the most part, room was nice. Pool hours were frustrating — 9am-9pm. I have a 7 year old who couldn’t wait to use the pool when we got back around 9pm from the hockey game. He was majorly disappointed. Why 9pm? There is no lifeguard ever so why not 24/7? 9am opening is even more ridiculous. He’s up at 6am so trying to figure out what to do with him. "Had a quick one night stay. I wasnt feeling well so I basically checked in and crawled into bed. Bed was comfy; plenty of tv channels to choose from. Bathroom was clean. Room was clean. I didnt think the fridge was working at 100%, but it kept my food cold overnight. The breakfast was typical, however for me everything was a bit undercooked. The hashbrowns were not brown at all. I heard another guest ask if the sausages were cooked, so I'm guessing they werent brown either. (Note that...
