EXCELLENT Location!! Great value. LARGE space - perfect for families who want to have room to hang out. All the amenities outside our door and a stones throw from the 'Bus Stops' we needed to/from the airport, tours, etc. Clean, Ikea furnishings are modern and comfortable. Great wi-fi, and never cold. Loved having a patio to get that fresh , cool Icelandic air. Would highly recommend!

Overall satisfied. Strategic location and decent apartment size. There are a few improvements that could be made including changing those blown lightbulbs in timely manner and fixing the door knob which is broken. In conclusion, I think the apartment can be described as good infrastructure with poor maintenance.

Good central location. The apartment was ok but the Wifi kept going off. The staircase up to our 4th floor very dangerous , all black marble. Not only a slip hazzard but uou couldnt see each step , and the lights were not working either on all floors of the staircsse st night. Poor information about ehere to park the csr once we got there .

Tremendous!

Loved it! Stayed in unit 405, two full bedrooms one with queen and other with 2 twins. Clean and spacious - self checkin worked great. Parking a plus! Could walk to Sandholt in the morning and pick up pastries and stuff for breakfast. Had dinner at Eiriksson half a block down - delicious! Would definitely stay there again!

Très bel établissement

C’est un très bon hôtel, sa situation est exceptionnel. Nous y retournerons volontiers. Ils ont été très arrangeant en avait plusieurs réservations ils nous ont laissé dans la même chambre. Un parking était à disposition, la chambre est spacieuse, une jolie vue sur la mer et la terrasse.

booked this place on Expedia thinking that I would be staying in a nice apartment in Reykjavik. I got an email confirming this. Then I got an email about another apartment (which was not in any of the pictures on Expedia). I was a little confused and sent an email to the company. No response. I arrived in Reykjavik at 0300. I spent half an hour trying every single keypad at the Laugevegur location but none of them worked. I then checked my email again ( none of them stated that my accommodation had been moved) and walked to this place at 0330. I had a room in the attic which was well furnished, but with low ceilings that made it impossible to stand while I was showering, and long brown hair on the bedding that made it apparent that it had been slept in recently. The apartment looked nothing like the photographs on the website. I called them the next day, and a very pleasant man assured me he would take care of the situation. He didn't, until I wrote a review on Expedia, at which point there was an apology issued, but no refund accounting for the change in lodging from "central premium luxury apartments" to an attic. I was in Reykjavik for 72 hours, and this was my only negative experience in Iceland (which is otherwise amazing and anyone and everyone should visit). I should note that the apartment itself was fine, and IF I had paid for an attic, I would have been perfectly happy. I would NOT recommend this company
