"The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and plenty of parking. We were just passing thru and had a quick one night stay. Would stay here again if we came back to Revelstoke!"

I spilled a bit of water on the floor and wiped it up with a Kleenex and the Kleenex was black! Also I feel they can improve on the “dog” odour in the room because it smelled so badly like dog when we first walked into the room. "AC in our room wasn’t working and couldn’t cool our room. It was very hot and barely slept. The pool in our building was also unavailable so we were not able to use the pool, and my kids were sad about it. The pool that was available is in the other building which we do not want to walk all the way."

"The hotel and staff were wonderful. A couple of things to note: there is no AC - a standing fan is included, we brought a table fan as well and our first floor room was a comfortable temperature. The indoor public spaces are definitely under utilized by the hotel but have so much potential (my little loved the ping-pong tables).
