A dream vacation

Incredible. Very privileged to have stayed at the Singer hotel. The service was over the top amazing. Wonderful staff. Cozy rooms. Pool is incredible. I wish we could live there. Thanks for a wonderful experience Singer!

BADKAMERS ZWAAR VEROUDERD!,

Na een aantal jaren weer terug gekomen om een aantal dagen met vrienden te relaxen.. Vroeger was dit hotel ons vaste wintersport stekkie.. Het Spa is prachtig en het eten prima.. omgeving iets wat saai.. Dat was ook de reden dat we met onze opgroeiende kinderen een ander dorp hebben gekozen destijds.. Nu na een aantal jaren weer 4 dagen in Singer geweest.. Het is een chateau hotel, maar er scheelt zo her en der nog wel iets aan.. Je betaald een berg geld per nacht, en mag toch hopen dat je kamer dan wel tip top in orde is.. de kranen in de badkamer zaten los. Ook waren ze door de kalk moeilijk te mengen.. Een ordinair douche gordijntje wat je in het bad moest hangen.. en een oud bad! Ongetwijfeld zijn er kamers die wel 4 ster waardig zijn in het hotel.. Wij hebben die via de organisatie niet gekregen in ieder geval.. Zeer teleurstellend! Je merkt wel dat ze zo hier en daar de boel aan het opknappen zijn.. Ik zou als hotel eigenaar zorgen dat de kamers als eerste op orde zijn.. Dit hotel zal klanten verliezen als hij niet in een rap tempo zorgt dat mensen een goed onderhouden kamer krijgen.. Tenslotte begint daar wel je vakantie al..

Sehr guter Service

Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und aufmerksam gewesen. Die Anlage an sich ist sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und es waren viele regionale Produkte zu finden. Das Einzige was uns gar nicht gefallen hat waren die Matratzen, wir konnten kaum schlafen, war eine anstrengende Nacht, das habe ich bei 100% Weiterempfehlung bei Holidaycheck nicht erwartet. Leider wurden wir beim auschecken nicht gefragt ob wir soweit zufrieden waren, ansonsten hätte ich die schlechten Matratzen angesprochen.

Fijn hotel met leuke Spa en restaurant

Fijn hotel met alles wat je bij een Oostenrijks hotel in deze klasse verwacht. Lekker eten, vriendelijk personeel en heerlijke wijnen! De kamer was wel redelijk klein, maar met een heerlijk bed en alles ziet er schoon en netjes uit. Ik heb verder niks aan te merken, behalve dat ik zou aanraden om een kamer aan de voorzijde te nemen. Hebben een veel mooier uitzicht.

The finest!!!

We arrived at the Singer Sport Hotel and were greeted by the most friendly, helpful staff you could imagine. They assisted us in every way. The view from our room, the dining room and the bar area were amazing!! The food was outstanding. If you travel to Berwang, Austria this is the place to stay-winter or fall, no crowds and wonderful weather.
