"My reservation was for 4 guests in a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared and did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows available for use. This made the sleeping arrangements inadequate for the number of guests included in the reservation. Additionally, the elevator was out of service, creating a major inconvenience during our stay. "This property was a complete dump misrepresented in the photos online. The location was extremely sketchy very unsafe vibes. I literally open the door to a discolored wall, cigarette smelled,100 degree temperature room. I turned around and immediately checked out and went to a much cleaner safer establishment by the mall. They can keep the money this place is not worth staying in. I've made it through 5 combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and i wouldn't stay one night in this dump. That should...
