"The interior of room looked exactly like the photos - really well done. Also, the mini-split was very quiet, and kept the room comfortable.
However, the room suffered from lack of maintenance. There were a lot issues, especially for the high price. The biggest issue was that the beautiful windows that look out were so dirty, that it made it difficult to see out. Even the glass on the shower was covered in water spots. The bathroom sink did not drain, and the light on one of the nightstands...

"I enjoyed my stay, check in was smooth. I wouldn't recommend if driving as the property does not have on-site parking. Local parking garages were expensive. I would definitely stay again of flying into LA."

"This is a beautiful view of the ocean property. Peaceful, safe. Full kitchen and amenities. Great communication from the host. A little dated, but very comfortable. Would stay here again. "

"Easy check in / out all done online. I had some questions about parking, they replied to my message with in minutes and were very helpful. Room was clean with a kitchenette which was lovely. There was a record player but no records to play. Great location for us to walk to the Palladium."
