"When checking in with vehicle. Park right behind the building close as you can and put hazards on . Walk around to front and buzz to get in and check in. You get pass for $20 parking from them and pay there. After checking in unload all your gear and come in back door by vehicle to access room. Then drive to parking. It’s a 5 minute walk back. Kind of pain but worth it for the vibe of Venice beach the cool building."

"New to me, but the value is great, the "virtual check-in'l" scared me at first (I'm old) but was done before it started.
It's not some bougie hotel (thank God) but large rooms, kitchens and above almost everything, IT'S VERY QUIET in the rooms despite it being on a very busy local short-cut to regular LA residents, windows and roms very low sound.
Nice sized swimming pool and very nice people.
The location for visiting Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Historic Chinese Movie Theater is 10+ It's...

"We had a couple issues during our stay, however they were handled in a timely manner. The location was probably the best part about it. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations during the week. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in an upstairs unit due to the noise from other renters. For the price, location and staff, I would recommend staying."
