"the lady at the front desk flipped out because the other person helping her took a break !! she had a lobby full off guests waiting to be checked in but she was ranting on phone about refusing to work and complains , went on for at least an hour and I was re considering my stay here ."

"Property location was great. There is a miscommunication between Expedia and that hotel though, if you book the accessibility room there is NO sofa bed like Expedia says they have! They didn’t tell us that when we checked in which was a huge bummer"

We didn’t use any of the oools as it was cold and didn’t use the casino because we had kids with us but the game room for the kids was fantastic. Rather than the normal crap where kids win tickets to trade in for worthless junk, ..."
