"The location is great. We loved having the Old Fleece pub next door. The amenities are nice. The biggest issue with this accommodation is the lack of air flow. It can get warm and stuffy in warmer weather. There are no windows, and keeping the door open at night was not an option for us."

"リゴンアームズのバス停からすぐでした！グーグルマップはグルリと駐車場側からのルートを表示しますが、ブライダルショップの中庭みたいなところから入れます。 入る時は番号を押しても何度か開きませんでしたが、なぜかはよくわかりません。PULLかPUSHか間違えない等基本的なことを失敗できないプレッシャーで忘れてた気もします。部屋のロックは#を押すやいなやブーと低いブザーが鳴るのでミスしたと思い、すぐあとに『アンロック』と言っているのに気づかず、５分まつはめになりました。 部屋はとてもきれいで、鍋やフライパン、カトラリーやワインの栓抜き包丁まな板もあり、使わせていだきました。ただ、IHやオーブンの使い方説明書はあるとよかったですね。あとチェックアウト時、使ったものをどのようにしてかえっていいかわからなかったので、チェックアウトのルールもメールにつけてほしかったです。"

However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. "Communication was good and all check in and out details easy. The property was very clean, and lovely decor. It had all the amenities we needed, with tea, coffee and sachet milk left as well. The balcony is a bonus. Easy walk to shops and restaurants, and access in and out of Cheltenham by car. Great to have the parking space in such a central location. Only downside is the noise from the road early in the morning with delivery lorries. Overall an amazing place to stay and we would stay again."
