"Wonderful hotel in a great area- easy to walk to Champagne Avenue. Yummy breakfast. The beds seem a little older so they are a little lumpy - i think they need replacing. Everything else was wonderful though! "

"Air conditioning was fabulous, quiet enough to sleep and effective in this exceptional weather. Reception staff were lovey, and very attentive, and put up with my appalling French attempts. The breakfast was good and the restaurant attached was also a good mix of local and international meals to satisfy everyone. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Reims."

"Could not fault the hotel and lovely staff. Brilliant inter-connecting rooms for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. 200m to the tram to easily get in and out of Reims. Lovely relaxed feel in the hotel. We’ll check out other Akena hotels after our stay here."

"The property is in middle of the city centre and not easy to drive to, but ok. Also, parking is not possible in their car park for most of the car because is underground and narrow . Otherwise, the hotel is clean and lovely "
