"It was more of a motel than hotel. The room was clean although the loo nearly came off the wall every time I sat on it and I’m not fat. During the shower I got scolded by sudden hot water all the time. The front door opened onto the street which I didn’t like and the door was rickety. The staff however were lovely and my daughter and I had a nice dinner at a great price. Breakfast was nice, they have a kettle and fresh milk so I could make a nice cup of tea and they let me fill my flask with hot water."

The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, without any unnecessary frills. A real bonus was that dogs were welcome, making it a convenient option for travelling with a four-legged companion. Good value for a practical city break, especially if location is your priority."

"The building, hallways and rooms feel like dorm or hostel setup, very institutional feeling. The rooms are clean however and ours had a nice balcony. They had a nice breakfast that was included and added to the value. Getting to reception was a little tricky as you need to get through a gate and the intercom system is a little confusing. As is entry even after you have registered.The location is OK. Street parking is slim but free from 7pm til 9am and pretty reasonable if you need to during daytime hours. Overall it worked for us, we were only there for one night."
