"The room and facilities were spotless with no odd odours etc. The complimentary breakfast buffet was the best I’ve experienced for both flavour and quality (the egg omelets were perfectly seasoned and sausage patties not too salty or overdone, waffles were fluffy), the breakfast kitchen staff were attentive to every detail in the buffet area. The pool, waterslide and hot tub were satisfactory for our needs. Overall a very pleasant experience!"

"My bathroom had mold on the ceiling on 2 shower panels. The whole hotel room smelled musky and damp. Unfortunately I didn’t discover the source of smell until late in the evening so didn’t ask to switch rooms. And again unfortunately, I had prepaid so got no compensation."

"The staff was friendly and kind. The room was clean. The hot tub could us a cleaning it was white and cloudy, however it could be caused by the high volume of people that night using it. The tiki hut doesn't sell refreshments anymore but the pool staff were friendly and there was alot of clean towels."

Housekeeping: abysmal in the common areas. A long piece of string on the elevator floor when we checked in had migrated to just outside the elevator when we checked out. Though they offer non-smoking/non-pet rooms, the halls stink of smoke and animals. Rooms: no outlets available to plug in portables anywhere near the totally...
