Only negative was, we felt, on our first couple of days at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of staff, disorganisation, having to ask for things e.g. cups, teaspoons etc, also most empty tables still had dirty dishes on from previous guests, and we had to wait for one to be cleared on more than one occasion. "This was a beautiful property and the suite we had was gorgeous. The only issue we had was the washroom shower drain flooded and they did not fix this in time. The shower experience was not great, and the room was not cleaned when asked. They refused my request for a late checkout but one gentleman was very understanding of the situation and allowed us to check out later. This staff saved the review or I would have it 1/2 stars."

"I’m gobsmacked at how I was treated at this hotel. At check in, while the young woman was very nice, they supposedly had no record I’d already paid through Expedia and tried to charge me again. Fortunately I had my receipts on hand digitally. The room was tiny with utterly no amenities… Not even a sheet on the bed?! just a small duvet thrown over a fitted sheet. One smelly old towel. "Hotellet serverte en god frokost med godt utvalg og høy kvalitet. Vi fikk både oppgradert rom og sen utsjekk, noe som gjorde oppholdet ekstra hyggelig. Personalet var serviceinnstilt, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende gjennom hele oppholdet. Hotellet ligger bare 5 minutter fra Nice-Ville stasjon, noe som gjør det enkelt å komme seg til og fra hotellet med tog. Samtidig tar det bare 15 minutter å gå ned til stranden og strandpromenaden."

"Beautiful hotel & checkin/out process was fast & efficient. Staff so friendly! Rooms not huge & very dimm lighting but sufficient for our quick stay. Bathroom & shower are great! Close to tram to old town and a quick walk to beach. Breakfast items couldve been replenished more when big crowd. If you dont want cappuccino from machine you can pay extra for authentic…may take a while to get it."

"We loved our stay! The hotel itself is super cute with a nice seating and bar area in the lobby. The room was pretty decently sized, clean, and quiet. We had a balcony which came with some chairs and a small table which was great. The hotel staff was very nice and super helpful! The location is great, as it’s about a 10 min walk from the main promenade/beach and about another 10 min walk from the main train station."
