"TOP-TIER!"

"Our stay was just okay. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, I was disappointed with the lack of housekeeping. The rooms are not cleaned daily, and fresh towels are not supplied to the room unless you go out of your way to get them. It felt as though the hotel simply provides the physical space, and you are expected to manage the rest. I was really hoping for standard daily room service during my stay."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was quiet, spacious, and well taken care of. Maricarmen and Carlos provided great communications. The location was perfect for us as it was quick to jump on the freeway and get anywhere we wanted in no time. We can't wait to stay here on our next trip."

"Room was big, had coffee pot, fridge with freezer. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was good as well. Eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals, and waffles. Had the fifa games playing and coffee and water in lobby. Airport shuttle as well as shuttle to mall."

"The room was very nice. Location was fantastic. Gloria at the check in desk was so kind and helpful and her husband was the terrific shuttle driver that got us to the airport bright and early! They are both great people! Would 10/10 stay there again."

"This is a great location for a family to stay if you have a vehicle and are checking out Seattle. The room was nice and big (2 queen plus sofa bad room). The pool was a nice break for the kids. Breakfast was a great start to a busy day."

"The property was well maintained close to the airport. I booked this room because it said it had room for 5 but it was just two queens and no cot was available so my son ended up sleeping On the floor. No coffee just water in the am. Parking is 20$ a night. Don’t think I would book here again."

"Overall, the room was clean. Staff was friendly. Pretty bummed about the pool. It was foggy and looked like a swap. So I wasn’t going to get near it. Also, it did not mention in the booking that parking was $25 a day. It was open parking outside, no reason for it to be that expensive. Just a hidden fee. Overall, I’ll not stay there again as the pool was unusable and the parking was definitely just a hidden fee."

"Owners need to do updates for sure. All 3 Dryers broken, floors peeling in half the rooms, walls/ceiling in first 2 rooms we stayed in were splattered and dirty and smelled like old cigarettes. Next 2 rooms we stayed at this hotel in were much cleaner and seemed like they had better flooring installed as well. Staff was helpful in moving us rooms when it didnt meet standards for noise/cleanliness. Pool was cold and unusable in june. Should be properly heated."

"It was actually quite pleasant, but there were ant-like bugs in our room. The housekeeping didn’t clean our room during the entire stay; they only changed the towels and soap after we requested it. Additionally, they charged a hefty $12 for parking and an extra $4 for tax per night. We stayed for three nights, and the total bill came to $67 and some change, which was quite exorbitant.
