"The manager was very helpful! They have a grill outside off the parking lot with a bunch of utensils for you to use right there. I didn’t use it so check to see if you need charcoal and fluid. The coffee maker in the room works well. Bring your own filters, coffee and cream. There’s a Walmart up the road, a 10 minute drive for everything you need. The AC was set at 70 degrees when I got into the room, nice and cool. This is a great value hotel with some wear but the location really worked for...

"Will never stay again...after being told my room was not available upon check in, even though paid through expedia.com weeks before. Then them finding a room for me. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. What type of business are you running? Shower door didn't close properly so water leaked out on to tile floor."

"Well cleaned anything that wasn't available they made it available that was in their power. Only issue but wasn't a big problem with the room was we had a phone but no phone cord to call front desk i had to go to the desk to ask a question about things that supposed to be accessible to quest that wasn't. But they did they're best to make it accessible. I really did appreciate that from the front desk. Other then that the stay always been great"

"The front desk staff was kind and knew what she was doing! The housekeeper stopped and asked if we needed anything else after tidying up while we were gone! Room and bathroom very clean, beds for us were very comfy and clean smelled clean also! Pool was a joy also clean! Very close to shopping and restaurants ! "Everything was fine. Hotel was undergoing renovations and the painters had the windows by the bar taped off, applying paint with a paint gun. I had my mother who needed handicap parking with tag out front away from painting area. When I came back outside they were spraying in front by the door with nothing taped off completely spraying paint on my truck and other vehicles. Front desk was notified and they ask them to stop but said i should move my vehicle but other vehicles were still getting...

"The hotel quality was below what pictures and reviews mentioned; couch in our room had stains, fridge did not work, pool was freezing and closed early then times posted. As soon as you walked in smelled like smoke with mix of what they attempted to clean with the smell with, only benefit was that it is right off 95"

"We went onto the balcony to enjoy the view, and we were locked out for about 20 minutes. The lock fell off the door, and my child was left inside. My daughter is 16 but it could have easily been a minor or toddler left in the room or worse locked outside on the balcony. We were unable to use the balcony after. "

"The hotel is horrible. There are a lot of people doing drugs in the back area and a lot of homeless people. People were knocking on our door in the middle of the night. I don't recommend it."
