"I gave this a 3 because of the house keeping. Each day we had to ask the front desk for towels after asking the housekeepers to provide fresh towels. Upon check out, the receptionist continued her conversation with her co-worker. I had to ask for the receipt and she never asked me if I enjoyed my stay or for my return business. I usually stay at Hilton hotels because I have never encountered this before."

"We were there for a run weekend and it was very busy. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Natalie at the front desk was very welcoming and lovely. This is not a fancy property but the rooms were clean, the balconies over look the ocean and we were only a mile from the start."

"Need to check each room to make sure that everything is in running order we had a room that the shower ran hot water only no cold water ran in shower had to be moved to another room then that room the coffee maker did not work had to go get another one. Other than that beds were clean so was the room staff was very nice and helpful."

"Very nice hotel. The staff was super helpful after a toilet malfunction. The problem was taken care of very quickly. The site is right on the beach with a fantastic view with easy walking to all the shops in the area. Breakfast was nice but nothing special. We enjoyed our stay."

"Room was clean and comfortable Was booked into a handicap accessible room (not requested) which had no chair or sofa in the room. Was informed that was standard which I found to be unusual. Staff was friendly most especially the valet who made great restaurant recommendations. Thanks "

"Repairs were needed on entrance, bathroom, and sliding glass doors. Toilet did not work properly, we were not booked in a handicap room as our reservation specified. Maintenance was not done. The 1st room that we were given after pointing out we needed handicap accessable was not acceptable due to shrubbery grown up so tall the beach was not visible. Why pay for ocean front if you can't even see it. We were moved to a second room that had the above problems."

"The hotel needs 100% renovation, very dirty and most of the bathroom has big cracks, smelling and not worthy to be commercialized. Below living standards. I will never recomend. And its pricy too. "
