"Breakfast was great , no major issues with the first part of this stay. Did however run into a major roadblock when I had to extend the stay for my partner whose identity and card was stolen while I was out of town, the inconsistency across shift changes seem to be a major issue, including calling him out of his room at 11 o'clock on Christmas Eve. Telling him that he had to leave because there was no incidental card on file. This is this alone should be Cos 4A major review of policies. I spent...
