"The hotel was overbooked and our rooms were already gone when we arrived. The owner lied and said he woukd sort it all out with Expedia to get us new rooms. An hour later I called Expedia myself and was told they had not heard from the owner. So I spent 90 minutes on the phone with them and was directed to a new location in Copenhagen, Denmatk, almost an hour away. "Located strategically in the citu center and just 300m away from the metro station The bed is spacious and comfortable except the linen and bed sheet only get replaced every 4 days There are no early check in allowed, and you can left the items at the luggage locker at the rate of DKK25/3 hours"

"Another stay at A&O Sydhavn :) We had a room on the ground floor overlooking the main road ..wasn’t one of the best locations we’ve had there but we slept well. We had an issue with our booking this visit - whilst reception couldn’t help - they gave me the customer service email who replied quickly and the issue was promptly resolved :)"
