"The hotel was reasonably priced and a half hour drive from Penn State, where we had a weekend event. The location felt safe and was conveniently next door to a Rutter's. We appreciated the free hot breakfast in the hotel, which was pretty decent and better than expected. This was the first hotel room that I've stayed in where the mini fridge's small freezer compartment actually kept my ice packs frozen. However, the room felt dark and outdated, and had a perfumy smell. It is pretty bare bones and did not feel especially welcoming. The bathroom was nicer than the room and maybe had a more recent update. Overall, it was okay; I'd prefer a nicer hotel, but it worked for what we needed."

The room was spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably. The layout was well-designed, with enough room for luggage, lounging, and getting ready without ever feeling crowded. The staff was welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Both the staff and fellow guests were kind and greeted our dog with a smile or stopped by to admire her."
