"The service was terrible at both Fireside and Barking Frog. We had to get our own drinks Sunday evening and breakfast the next day was a ridiculous wait for food. They said they were training. Not an excuse. The tv in room kept pixelating and the tv in the mirror didn’t work. Rooms needed updating. I’ve been a guest a few times and honestly I was embarrassed I picked this placed. Wont be coming back."

"Loved staying here, it’s in a great neighborhood, across the street is Metropolitan Market, Starbucks, and several Cafes.I stayed here for dental surgery a block away, I would go back for weekends away from home. Loved all the small touches, from toothbrushes, snacks to fresh fruit in the lobby."

"The room was large with an exposed bathroom. Albeit the toilet was enclosed separately. The shower was large and had lovely shampoo and conditioner. The bed was comfortable and there was a large couch built in along the window. Plenty of place to store luggage. There was an ice and water room a few doors down from our room. At reception there was water and apples. We didn’t use the bar or parking. The property was well placed for shopping and the cinema"

"Deception on the complimentary breakfast when we booked on Expedia said was included and when we went, we were informed by the staff that it was not included because we had used a third-party site and we had asked to speak to a manager, and they told me that the manager was gonna be in a meeting for an hour at least just was really disheartening especially refer me having to get up and breakfast is mandatory for me as I am a diabetic I felt for the $400 I spent they could’ve copped us a $20...

"The staff are so friendly and helpful! There were some power outages occurring in the area that were probably out of their control, but I think it made the lights come on in the middle of the night one night. The breakfast was not that great, so I gravitated to the yogurts. They have a lot of fun snacks on hand. I would stay here again."
