"Toilet paper holder was loose from the wall. It fell on the floor many times. Room is a little bit smelly. Body wash didn’t get refilled on the room service day. We called the front desk. Nobody answered the call. We ended up using the hand soap. "

"Check in was quick and easy. Parking was no parking. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice TV. Plenty of Hot water. The shampoo and soap were great. The breakfast was outstanding. The restaurant was Outstanding with great views. The hostess Maria in the restaurant in the Evening should be commended, along with Maria Paz assisting in the morning buffet. I would have like to have seen Security Camera's in the parking garage (which is $25 day), and Camera's in the halls...

"Room was clean other than the funky smell in bathroom. Maybe it was the floor or shower curtain but it was too late and I was too tired to wait for someone to clean after I had already unpacked. Breakfast was good, decent selection. Easy parking, friendly staff and quiet location. "

"I didnt go near the pool. But it looked nice. It was very accommodating to us and our new dog. We never left him alone in the room because we went all the places where dogs are welcomed. We love San Diego."

"The room was clean the first day. Our coffeepot was broken we had to ask for another one. I had to request the room be cleaned & the maids failed to give us towels & wash rags. The maids left our door open after finally cleaning.The hotel front desk made sure every issue was resolved & gave us a free breakfast to compensation. I wasn't happy with having to pay for parking 🙃. "

"Will not be staying again due to too many issues. Shower was luke warm for four of five days. Had to turn knob to full to make temperature tolerable. Wifi was very unreliable so had to use my own data. Asked for replacement of shower drain plug twice which never happened. Initially placed in room directly below breakfast area and had to listen to chairs being dragged across the floor constantly. Staff able to give us new room thankfully but pullout bed was terrible.
