"The parking is a problem,not enough spaces as there are other commercial properties on the same site but other than that very smooth check in and out. Didn't want breakfast but had coffee and croissant for 3euro. Accommodation basic but ultra clean and being on the sixth floor afforded an excellent view of the surrounding area."

"Room adequate though disappointing there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Cold tap water not cold. Despite this the stay was very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. "

"It was our second visit to the hotel, we first stayed here in July 2024 and again in August 2025. On both occasions, it was the last hotel we stayed in before travelling back to the UK and we thought it would be nice to end our European road trip in the same place. There's ample parking and despite there being a Casino on site you don't notice any rowdy behaviour etc. It's a respectable place and well located spot for wine aficionados. "Hotel is far out from the main tourist area but that's not a problem as buses and trams are nearby to get you there. Public transport is free to use for everyone. There is a large shopping centre with a food court a short walk away from the hotel. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend."
