"This has been my go-to hotel whenever I visit SLC--over 25 years. It never loses its appeal. Quiet, beautiful & close to the Big and Little Cottonwood canyons. There is an excellent creekside walking/running trail across the street. Good local services and restaurants nearby. The Residence Inn is close to a handy freeway entrance. So it's about15 minutes to the University of Utah and 20-30 minutes from downtown or the airport."

"Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that."

"The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and the bed comfortable but the door was disconnected from the hydrologic soft close mechanism. That wasn't a problem for us but it did make me slightly concerned about our deposit. Overall a great experience and I will definitely consider Super 8 by Wyndham for future stays!"

"Bed was very squeaky any time I moved, but it was super comfortable. The only annoying thing was how much noise you could hear from outside and literally hearing people walking around the floor above me. Nothing earplugs can't fix. I would definitely come here again"
