"Check in fast and courtious. Room was a bit noisy in am with housekeeping starting early.. Bedding was thin and could be improved. Overall ok stay. Got to bring furbaby so that was a plus. Cjeckoit fast and courtious. "

"Great location close to highway. Spacious, comfortable, quiet room with good amenities and comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom. No plumbing or air-condition issues. Nice fitness room. Good breakfast. Can hear people walking in room above. Interesting note- when we check out and wanted to fill water bottle, we were told it is only for check in customers and not for check out customers!!! Never heard this before. "

"You may be tenpted to stay here due to the lower price and being one of the only options… just don’t. Any other option is better. Filty, smelly, slimy- gross/— and the late night coming and goings of seriously questionable people whom appear to be living there is honestly terrifying. I was sandwiched between a room with loud men coming and going all night to visit the ladies staying there— and another room with yelling, banging loudly on the walls… even waking me uo with banging on my wall and screaming for help- which is when i found out my phone didnt work. I heard yelling out front and there was a car and some people yelling out front… and i was scared … im not sure what was going on there but sleep was not an option. I did not feel safe. I also received a few bug bites while there… seriously… don’t stay there. Based on the lack of cleanliness and slimy coating on the floor and other surfaces… you couldnt have paid me to eat there. The bed was actually comfortable… but it was clear from the smell of my pillows that it wasnt clean. We were woken up all night long from noise and activities out front, and of neighboring rooms… this wasnt visitors passing through— clearly locals hanging out there"

"One week ago, I offered a tepid review of a dated and worn Hampton Inn and our adequate but cramped room in Mountain Brook, Alabama. One week later, our experience at another Hampton Inn in Evergreen, Alabama was radically different in all the best of ways. This facility seemed brand new, was beautifully designed and appointed, and both the overall property and our particular room met the very highest standards one could ever expect in an interstate hotel in this chain lodging class. Personnel were warm and friendly, room amenities were gracious and above average, the included breakfast was plentiful, varied, hot & fresh, and set up in a well-conceived, spacious, comfortable area. For a night or a week, I would recommend this facility enthusiastically and without reservation. "
