Room is dirty, whole hotel smells like smoke and the bedding had not been changed between guests in the first room so we had to move rooms. This is more like a half way house or a place for people down in their luck, I don’t know why it has so many stars. If you are needing a place to stay the night don’t go here. Staff was pleasant so that is a plus.

I had a really great stay at Travel Inn & Suites in Innisfail. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. Booked with them for the rodeo, the lady at the front desk was very very nice. Was checked in faster than most hotels/motels. The beds were comfy. Was able to watch the hockey game highlights. Check out was simple, the guy was very nice as well. Received my $200 deposit within an hour and a half !

The locationa dn price were good. What I didn't like is that my wife is very sensitive to smoke and we could smell smoke in the hall ways and as the doors don't seal well it comes into the room. One other thing as we left the door thru the front entrance was locked and we couldn't get out, not sure why and didn't have to check the back door as someone just happened to come in the front and let us out.

Dirty, run down, service with attitude, and slow, tiny room for breakfast with limited seating, we could not get breakfast either day because of the crowding, took the kids swimming, it was gross. I just read a review from 2 weeks ago that a woman found a bed bug, now I’m paranoid we brought them home without knowing it.
