A turned-up carpet at the entrance caused me to fall (heavily!) as I went to check in at Super 8 by Wyndham. (7474 - 50th Addre June 1/25 at about 9:30pm. quite heavily. My walker and I both hit the heavy glass enclosure wall as well as the cement floor.

the hotel was filthy and dirty. we had to cut short our stay as the room reeked of cigarette smoke. i demand a refund of our second nights stay as we were forced to vacate the place as it was very unsanitary. linens were also very dirty. you are false advertising your property;

i wouldn't stay in this hotel ever again. the hotel is so dirty that you would be afraid to go barefoot even in the bathroom. the rooms are stinky and has a cigarette smoke smell to it. staff very unfriendly. we had to cut off our stay by one night because there were beg bugs and the kids were starting to cough but of the filth. i demand a refund. we will be reporting this hotel so it can be condemned
