"Property under construction, only had one working dryer and people had to wait to wash and dry clothes. Had to pay $15 / day parking to park at hotel but got two days waived by downloading IHG app. The employees were very helpful and nice. The area wasn’t to bad to stay at."

"Lady that put out the breakfast was friendly and worked hard to get things set up. Gentleman behind the desk at check-in was extremely unfriendly. Parking was easy and comfortable. Room was clean."

"I’m not sure why the yelp and Google ratings were so high. I thought it was a good deal for the price and the inside of the room looked good but the AC unit had a funky smell and the shower pressure was like literally just drip drip drip, and there was a light in the bathroom that wouldn’t turn off, but besides that it was great."

"The manager was amazing and so was Daya but the others were awful. The 2nd night we were there the emergency alarm went off and we went down 13 flights of stairs with 2 children to find out the system was broken and they were "trying" to fix it. There was no notifications, no one apologizing nothing. Went off 6 more times in a 2 day period. No idea if there would ever be a real emergency. Plus woke us up twice with small children. "Really beautiful, extremely clean, completely modernized. Lovely bathroom, soft fluffy towels, and really sweet staff, all of them-apart from the women working the SPA desk the day we checked in. Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay. "
