"The location was excellent, close to the railway station and the RailAir stop, which is why we chose this hotel. Our biggest complaint were the two single beds, they were uncomfortably hot with only a single very heavy duvet. As simple sheet and blanket would be much more comfortable."

"No door on the bathroom in the bedroom, which wouldn't be a problem if I couldn't see the toilet from the bed. If you'd like privacy when you go to the toilet, this might not be for you. But other than that, the venue is amazing and the staff were incredible"

We were told when we arrived my daughter could only access the pool if she was 5. This was only hidden in the T&Cs and not flag until we arrived despite giving my daughters DOB. We were going to get a relatively early and restful night but the loud base and music until midnight put pay to that. Our room was facing the open door of the after venue and...

"Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of food available at breakfast and it was freshly prepared. The hotel is in a lovely location by Iffley Lock on the Thames. It offers pleasant walks in the meadows and beside the river into Oxford."
