"Everything about Royal Cliff is absolutely stunning. The views are unbeatable, the pool is beautiful and the service is amazing. My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. Everything else was phenomenal but the smell truly was a problem. Staff were kind and helpful but there didn’t seem to be a real solution to this...

Die Schlafzimmer sind zu klein, bei fast allen Fernbedienungen waren die Batterien zu schwach und würden dann nur teilweise ausgetauscht! Die Außenanlagen waren nicht gepflegt, Blätter verwelkt oder Pflanzen verwildert. Pool war nicht gepflegt, verwelkte Blätter am Grund und der Rasen am Pool teilweise vertrocknet."
