"We stayed four nights at the Marriott Islamabad.Our stayed was exceptional.The staff are very kind friendly and welcoming they go above and beyond to help people.Breakfast was excellent.The hotel is very clean The rooms are spacious and the kingsize bed is amazing comfortable.I would like to thank Fizarn,Yusra and Abbiad for all there help and support.Amazing staff that go above and beyond to help you. "I stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a decent experience. Most of the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, which I appreciated. However, there were a couple of uncomfortable interactions that impacted my stay. The duty manager was quite intrusive during one instance when I had a guest visit me, making unnecessary comments and behaving in a way that felt unprofessional. This made me feel uncomfortable in what should have been a private and respectful environment. On another occasion, a different staff member commented on my outfit, asking if I was going to a wedding when I had just returned from a work dinner. While it may have been intended casually, it came across as inappropriate. Unfortunately, these experiences affected my overall comfort at the hotel. I would suggest that staff be more mindful of maintaining professionalism and respecting guest boundaries."
