"Vi trivdes å komme hit. Var problemer med å komme oss dit pga stengt vei men ordnet seg. De tar heller ikke amex card. Ellers fornøyd med alt."

"There was a party until 3 AM at the hotel with loud dance music. We were unable to sleep, which is very unfortunate when you just travelled eight hours and six time zones to get there. We talked about this with management and they did nothing."

"The place was pretty clean. Room was up very steep staircase and very basic. Access to comunal kitchen was nice. The window opened just a tiny bit and it was hot outside so the room was very warm. The bathroom had a weird, fishy smell to it. On the plus side - the bed was very comfortable."

"The room was clean and had good parking, I think it should say in the listing tho that the property does not have air conditioning, we were not expecting that when we arrived. And since there is not AC I think there should be a fan that guests can use. But other than that our stay was very great, it was a nice quiet neighborhood."

"Habe dort eine Nacht verbracht. Die Zimmer-Karte ging bei den ersten vier malen leider nicht. Das hat Zeit gekostet und war ärgerlich, ließ sich aber lösen. Frühstück und Massage sowie Spa Bereich waren sehr gut. Das Abendessen "Summer Grill Buffett" war ein schlechtes 0815 Buffet und mit 500Kronen überzogen. Geschmacklich gut. Auswahl wirklich schlecht und für mich als Vegetarier wirklich miserabel. Kann ich also nicht empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr angenehm aber etwas in die Jahre...

We took advantage of the onsite parking and the use of the washing machine which really saved us at the end of a long week. "Overall, we had a very good stay at the airport hotel in Billund. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient, especially if you're flying into or out of Billund. The only disappointment was the communication regarding the complimentary shuttle service to and from LEGOLAND and LEGO House. We spent a significant amount of money on Uber because we were never informed that the hotel provides this free service. This was not clearly communicated to us...

"I really wanted to like this place! But unfortunately it had too many problems. Started with being greeted by dead bugs on our beds, then trying to sleep on a rock hard bed. But the most frustrating might have been having to pay for electricity, our included electricity ran out in the model of the night so we woke up freezing and to room temp food in the fridge. On the last night we came home to a leak in the hot water tank and had a wet bathroom, so we had to keep the water turned off...
