"Musty smell in rooms made worse by no air conditioning. It had been turned off throughout the hotel. Old structure (although historic) should be kept in better condition. Restaurant is ok but there are better in the area. The plus is location."

"Staff was great, room was nice.
There was an issue with the City of Ravenna losing water, everyone was without water fir 20hrs. B&B did their best to help their guests get through it. Supplied water containers to their guests. I would recommend to stay there."
