Room initially looked big, floor clean & just dated, had no crockery pans etc to cook with but someone did bring to room couple hours later. Then found creatures in the bed, which made us pull sheets off & found disgustingly stained mattresses, pillows stained, someone let themselves in room whilst we were in bed at night, balcony was filthy,...

"Good location in the old town, up the hill. Lovely look out point within walking distance of the hotel. Parking was much better than most in city hotels. Comfortable bed."

"Staff of this Hotel are very helpful from reception to bar to dinner and a lifeguard and security. Check-in was easy straightforward no issues same with checkout rooms are a little dated but everything functioning in there especially the fridge that was very handy. lots of sunbirds towels easy to get €10 returnable deposit Take note they charge €2 a day for the safe in the room."

"Nette Bungalow Anlage in guter Lage genau zwischen dem Nissi Beach und Vathia Gonia Beach. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gepflegt. Gutes Frühstück, schöner Poolbereich inkl. Kinderpool mit 50cm Wassertiefe, also mit kleinen Kindern sehr empfehlenswert."

"Coming to Cyprus, visiting Ayia Napa is a must but it’s expensive. It’s a very touristy area and these apartments are far enough out of being directly in it. With the heat of September, it was nice to be by the pool all day and then venture out. Parking I think is limited on site, but believe there were other pots available. It is old and tired, but rooms are huge. Good value for what it is. "

"Napa Jay is unfortunenaly not made for families, beginning with the check-in there was no room for corrections. We traveled as three people including a little baby, we arrived and the room was prepared with three single beds. In the evening there was then no possibilty to change that. At the next morning the Miss on the reception offered then to change, that was very kind. But we changed the hotel after two days because the vibe and the condition of the hotel is not good anymore.
