"The apartment was clean and had everything necessary for a short stay, the communication with the host was very easy and pleasant, they were flexible to leave our luggage nearby. The check-in and code system to get the keys worked perfectly, no issues at all. The only downside was this is a bit far away from the historic centre, 20-30 min walking, but we were aware of the location when we booked, also because it is very close to the bus station which was convenient to us. "We got an entire apartment to ourselves. It is located in a township area and is easily accessible to a couple of beaches, club (fitness center and sports). The only thing that we found restricting was the options for food. But overall a great experience and time well spent. Great stay and we'd love to go back again :)"

"We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "The hotel is modern and extremely well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding of good quality. There is a beach a very short walk away which was lovely and very quiet. Perfect for sunset strolls. The general area seems to be one that is currently being developed so it will probably become more lively in a few years, however this suited my husband and i as we would rather stay in a quiet area. We had hired a car so getting about to see Zadar town...

"The property is brand new and very nice and clean. Apartment is really spacious and offers nice view on marina and the Old town. Amenities such as jacuzzi and outdoor pool made our stay great even during the ocassional rain. There is also a supermarket and a restaurant (150m) nearby and bus stop 30 meters from the property from where you can take bus to the Old town. Old town is 5 minutes by taxi. Communication with the host was excellent, fast and he was very kind. Looking forward to come back!"
