"硬件很一般，房間居然沒有冰箱，然後床頭有個空的電線位，衛生間角落還有隻蜘蛛、陪了我3天。一直沒有工作人員發現。另外不知道什么原因，貴網不能選無烟房，我在備註上已經清楚要求要無烟房，但入住時，給了吸烟層，全條走廊都是烟味。雖然服務員很熱心的說要幫我處理房間的味道，但經過走廊上濃烈的煙味洗禮後，進房間已間聞不出有煙味。"
