The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of high quality. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, a coffee/tea station, and a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights of my stay was the complementary breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options. The hotel’s location was perfect, and a good base for visiting local attractions, shops, and public transport.
