Hot tub broken and no pool service despite front desk assurance the area was open and she was sending a waiter. Was a stay-cation for us but we probably won’t be back. Better for conventions like it was having with ppl who don’t desire amenities.

Our room mini fridge was not even cold & our microwave had no plate to even be able to warm anything up. We travel with children so both of these are an absolute need.
