"We stayed for 8 nights. Negative encounters: pool was out of commission, and we requested a room refresh twice and a full cleaning once but only got a cleaning that was a day late. Overall, staff was friendly and the place was clean. The location was walkable (20 minutes) to the Garden Walk and Disneyland, and felt safe to do at night. Very convenient for getting on I-5."
