"This is a great place to stay!"

"Thing i have to say is. Pool says 8am-10pm First night. They told us pool was closed at 8pm when sign says 10pm and it was 745pm Next mornings 930am said pool closed she is the only one there and have to wait for someone else comes in. When talk to another staff. They didnt know what to do. They said we could have a late checkout at 1pm. Told us all set. We were locked out of room at 1130am. Person never put in computer."

"Good. Location in MTV is excellent.This place is gradually being updated. Bathrooms now are clean and nice. Madrases were being replaced right before our stay. Bad Luxury clothes (non-logo) were stolen from my room. I raised this with the manager and pointed out they must have cameras and that I will address this in the morning. Next day I had a full day of business meetings. When I got back to the room the clothes were back but no excuse or explanation from the hotel manager. AC in...

"This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay! The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helped us navigate around the neighborhood, including close restaurants and Tesla chargers. The room & bathroom were incredibly clean, bed/bedding/pillows were comfy, and it was very quiet. Highly recommend if you’re staying in the Sunnyvale area!"

"This was really the nicest room I have stayed in as far as everything you could ever want was supplied! Reclining chair, huge TV, heated floor in the bathroom, microwave and fridge… beautiful breakfast included…. Even a yoga mat. They thought of everything!"

"Really nice venue with great spaces in a compact parcel. For some reason I had toilet paper in the toilet before I could even use it -- a little distressed by this oversight but I am choosing to see it as that given the holiday period I stayed and not a systemic issue. From what I could see, everything else seemed hygienic enough."

"I wanted to stay at this hotel for a while and I did. Don't ask questions, just go there and love it. Staff went beyond the beyond, the front desk guy, John was sooo nice, helped without a question or request, open the door , I stay in a ton of hotels and these people, AWESOME. Really, one of a kind When you go there and love it say thank you to John from me, was in room 323. Then LIKE my review and say THANK YOU ARYELABATEL, and as always, be blessed."

"The property advertises that it includes breakfast. This is an expensive hotel, not an Econolodge type hotel. When you arrive at the very beautiful breakfast room, only the bread, cereal, coffee, and juice is included. They charge you for the hot food. And the cereal is served in the single serving box. It feels like a bait and switch. They get all the hotel guests to come for breakfast and after sitting at the table and reading the menu you find out it isn’t really included as advertised."

"The room is small. It is said for 4 people but the sofa bed can only hold one small person. The sofa sheets was dirty and has a small hole."
