"Our stay at this hotel has been very good. The only issue we had was the parking. It shared parking with the next-door hotel. But other than that, the room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was close to restaurants and right next to the freeway for easy highway access. Overall experience is great, and I will come back to this hotel for future stays."

"1. The staff was ... meh. My key-card for some reason didn't open my door late at night and I went to the front desk. I guess he had a long day, but he was not helpful and acted as if it was my fault that the card didn't work. Said "you have to be patient, mam; just doing my job, mam" etc, while I said nothing. 2. " Check in very easy as well as check out. Shout out to Mike, who was very helpful and sweet even gave us options on what to do in San Diego. Absolutely love the breakfast good quality and complimentary. I am deducting points because you charge for parking and secondly, you’re adding tax to parking. Never have I been somewhere where they’re charging me tax on the parking! Note to the hotel offer free parking to your guests and if you’re going tocharge us, don’t add any more tax to that!!"

"No food options near the hotel that are open past 6 pm. Tv did not work so I had to move rooms after I already unpacked and late in the evening. Hotel accommodations are expensive for what you get. "

"Everything was great! The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and big. The only thing I noticed was that they had Shampoo x 2 and body wash in the shower instead of Shampoo and Conditioner, but that might’ve been a small oversight. Would still recommend one hundred percent."

"We picked this hotel because it had a restaurant and Starbucks on site as well as a heated pool. They seemed not to have trained staff or enough staff. The cafe worker didn’t know how to make even the drinks on the menu. The salad was wrong lettus and wilted. See the photos. "This was our second time there, and plan to return. The property is super well-managed, clean, quiet, wonderful location close to the beach, shops and a great variety of restaurants. It's always mellow around the swim pool/the hot-tube area. All very-very clean! The rooms are comfortable and very clean, too!
