"This hotel has gone downhill. On my 6 day stay I was limited to towels due to shortage. The first rooms were assigned had a broke bathroom fan that made an awful sound. I requested a new room. The shower in the room had a clog. They were able to fix it but the smell was awful. The couch had residue of some kind. The breakfast was always so over crowded I could never find a seat for my group of 5. We ate out. I use to love staying here. I doubt I’ll be ever going back. "

"I’ll start by saying the staff is super friendly, the room was very spacious with two queen beds. Queen Mary is almost a hundred years old and the hall ways, rooms and other areas show a lot of wear. We had breakfast in the Promenade which was $29 per person for the buffet. Not bad. We paid the bill at the table. Our room for one night with taxes, fees, and parking was $370, but you get to explore the ship with that price. The elevators are a little confusing. Plenty of parking. "

"The location and layout are great - right on the water, with a walking path along it and lots of outdoor seating. The pool is also great - bigger than many hotel pools, and with lots of chaise lounges. Our room, however, was very rundown and dirty. The floorboards were warped, there were spider webs on the bathroom ceiling, and the plug-in for the coffee maker had a web of dust all over it. The bathroom generally was old and rundown. By the time I realized all of this, we had already unpacked, so I didn't want to ask to move. In addition, they informed me when we checked in that the restaurant was being remodeled, so they had limited service and only outdoor seating. We were counting of the restaurant because we didn't want to go out to find meals elsewhere, but it was too cold to sit outside. So that was a disappointment. The fire pits that they touted were always occupied by other guests while we were there, but they looked cozy. They need to get more of them so that all guests have the opportunity to use them. One of the buildings is under renovation, so I hope the building we stayed in will get renovated soon too. If so, and if the restaurants are open, this would be a great place to stay."

"The staff was amazing and the room was clean and very spacious. The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted easily, so I woke up cold, but no biggee. The parking fee is pretty high (why are we taxed on that??), but all in all, it was great for attending a game at Staples."

"Service was excellent and staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The pool was picture perfect with the beautiful views of the ocean and stunning landscapes. Our bungalow room had two French doors that opened to a view of the ocean, perfect for taking in the cool breeze. We enjoyed the resort and will visit again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"
