"The landlord is a great guy, he's full of information about the town and he saves us by printing out our boarsing cards bwfore we left. We had to find gim at his hotel on the seafront for this though. The property is spacious and decently furnished, 6 can confortably sleep there. But there were sone problems: there were no cups, glasses of saucepans in the kitchen and the promised microwave did not exist. The AC unit dripp constantly and profusely, and there are 6 or seven parking spaces for...

"Pretty nice for the price compared to other options, nice view, big enough for 4 people, we really loved the balcony. Both girls were really responsive to our needs and communication was easy. Underground parking is a big plus and the proximity to the beach is top notch. On the negative side I would point the awful smell of urine in the toilets, no matter the products we sprayed, the smell always came back... The kitchen is really small and not practical. It lacked utensils (no bowl, no cooking...

"The hotel had very good facilities, new, clean and spacious, breakfast is served in a nearby cafeteria with which they have an agreement, Breakfast is good although service in the cafeteria is extremely slow. The hotel staff (reception) is very friendly."

"Lovely clean, quiet property. Due to travelling out of season, some local facilities were not available/ limited buses. A car would be useful but 2 clean beaches in walking distance. Attentive owners and excellent communication. "

"This was a lovely apartment but I couldn’t give it a higher rating due to a number issues we had during our stay there. Our apartment didn’t have proper curtains so the room became light as soon as the sum came up - this was not ideal. Communication was difficult as, despite being advertised as speaking English, nobody understood us so we ended up having no hot water for 5 days because nobody could tell us that all we needed to do was switch it on! However, this apartment is in a lovely spot...

"Sehr sauberes Recht neues Hotel mit sehr herzlichen Personal,die stets alles bestens in Ordnung halten. Die Damen morgens beim Frühstücksbuffet sind sehr freundlich und immer für Wünsche offen. Ebenfalls der junge Herr ,der Nachmittags am Pool Getränke und Essen zubereitet war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich! Zimmer sind sehr groß mit Terasse. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! "This property is very amazing and beautiful. They are not currently fully functional but seems to be getting ready for the summer season ahead. The property itself is very beautiful but is location is far from main hustle bustle spots so unless you have a car difficult to commute around. Even though they have been open for 2-3 years there seem to be minor issues with their operational processes which the staff is eager to resolve. Overall we had a very pleasant stay"

"Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future. "
