"Check in was easy. Emails explained everything. Location was awesome we walked from train station and everywhere else. Kitchen stocked with most things plus farm fresh eggs which was real nice! Bed and bedding in good condition. The patio had a great view of the mountain and the sheep....it was quiet for the most part. Shower was hot and water pressure great! We loved it! "

"This was our first time visiting Austria and we were not disappointed! As a family of four with two children age 6 and 10 the location of the hotel and the facilities offered by the hotel was second to none. Specifically the included pool pass to the local water park was outstanding. The safe environment of the hotel and the local area meant it was the first time we felt that we could leave the kids somewhat unattended and meant we could properly relax. "Apartments state they have a washing machine and tumble drier in the kitchen of the property. They do not. There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed. Property owners seemed confused, stating that they had withdrawn from Hotels.com and then stating that our booking was safe, then refunding us the...
