Hotel Romantik di Ramnagar

"Mountain view"

"It's just one step away from being a 5/5 property. The property is beautiful, the food is amazing, the lawns are lush green and very well maintained. The activity room has all major games and provides all outdoor games related stuff. The only thing where I feel they can do better is the old rooms they had which they renovated recently is sort of a letdown, although the rooms are spacious but it lacks that elegance and cleanliness which makes the stay perfect, our rooms were newly renovated but...

"Avarage..mentainance is poor"

"very courteous staff, room service without extra charges. Very spacious rooms. We stayed at ground floor which had an awesome patio up front and there is lawn just outside with tables and chairs to enjoy outdoors. A group of adult males brought liquor bottle and stated drinking right outside our patio all the while taking in foul language. This kind of behavior should be controlled by the management."

"Well maintained property, property owner has a great taste and room size was also decent."

"Property is good but hotel activities shouldn’t be chargeable "

"The hotel location is misleading as the gps coordinates are about 14 km away from the actual hotel address. The hotel needs to fix the technical issues as they did not have my reservation details during check-in and I had to call hotels.com to share the details with the property."

"Not very clean also staff were not very professional and pictures were deceiving as it was no where close to actual."
