"It was a very well kept property. The rooms were clean and staff was hospitable. The only thing we would have liked that was NOT included was a continental breakfast. They did have a restaurant attached that served breakfast. It was just an extra expense we weren’t anticipating. Otherwise, extremely happy with our stay."

"Property is nice and clean. Location is convenient, especially for guest that are attending an event at the Sioux Falls Convention center. Staff went above and beyond - especially a gentleman named Canaan. Simply wonderful customer service experience. Property is a little older and could use a slight refresh. But, nearly everything about it makes for a great stay. We are definitely coming back."

"I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. The check in process was quick, staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the pool area was very nice and fun for kids, and the breakfast buffet had several options. They also had a nice lobby with complimentary coffee available."

"Rooms were clean, very family, friendly love the waterpark like that the bars were near the pool area. They also had a restaurant on site."

"This is as close to a third world hotel as I’ve seen, and I’ve been to a lot of third world countries. The entire hotel smells. One guest was at reception when I checked in and said he couldn’t stay there due to the smell. The room was dirty and bathroom amenities were virtually non-existent. I could go on but you get the picture. Steer well clear of this place."

"Room very clean but they barely keep pool towels have to ask if they put any out it’s on 2 maybe 3 and the pool can be full and they know they need more because I seen them walk in and put 2 towels out and never came bk otherwise everything very comfy and clean"

"Our room was very clean and beds were super comfortable. The hotel has a large outdoor patio with a great view of the river and access to the rec path. It’s also within walking distance to everything you'd want to do, see and eat downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a great restaurant and Starbucks on-site as well!"
